Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to clients and field representatives regarding product application and performance.
- Conduct regular technical training sessions and product seminars to empower the sales force.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring technical accuracy and business alignment.
- Ensure all product applications and business activities remain in strict compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform continuous market monitoring and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer technical challenges.
- Represent the company in technical forums and industry events to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering support.
- Strong understanding of packing/sealing industries or industrial equipment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and client relationships.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding industry compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
