Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business units.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support high-level decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business processes to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance targets and monitor progress toward strategic objectives.
- Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports for board-level review.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at increasing bank profitability and operational resilience.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to benchmark the bank's performance against industry peers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business performance management, financial planning, or strategy consulting, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive-level presentations.
- Solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
