Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in diagnosing client issues and developing actionable business transformation strategies.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and recommend improvements leveraging digital solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for client workshops and senior management meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (all disciplines welcome, with preference for Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous internship experience in consulting, business analysis, or related fields is an advantage.
