As a Butler, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every moment is seamless. You’ll coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to deliver world-class service. You’ll manage guest requests with discretion, maintain pristine presentation, and support guests with dining, transportation, and special arrangements. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, anticipating needs and delivering personalized, seamless service across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to arrange VIP experiences, dining, transportation, and special requests.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of suites and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
- Proactively assist guests with itineraries, events, and excursions to create memorable stays.
- Manage in-room dining orders, reservations, and guest communications while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues swiftly and uphold service recovery standards.
- Uphold Nakula Hospitality brand standards and contribute to a positive, guest-centric culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Butler, concierge, or luxury guest services professional in a five-star hotel or premium resort.
- Excellent presentation, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage.
- High standards of grooming and professional appearance; strong sense of hospitality and discretion.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia and compliance with local employment regulations.
