Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, anticipating needs and delivering personalized, seamless service across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to arrange VIP experiences, dining, transportation, and special requests.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of suites and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
  • Proactively assist guests with itineraries, events, and excursions to create memorable stays.
  • Manage in-room dining orders, reservations, and guest communications while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Butler, concierge, or luxury guest services professional in a five-star hotel or premium resort.
  • Excellent presentation, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage.
  • High standards of grooming and professional appearance; strong sense of hospitality and discretion.
  • Eligibility to work in Indonesia and compliance with local employment regulations.
