Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, including attending to their personal needs and requests
- Anticipate guest requirements and deliver proactive hospitality solutions
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance at all times
- Manage guest requests including beverage service, meal arrangements, and special accommodations
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas and service equipment
- Handle confidential guest information with complete discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, or hotel operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Well-groomed with professional presentation standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive situations appropriately
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
