Ziro Inc, a prestigious Korean-owned manufacturing firm operating in the Philippines, is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD/NX Siemens Designer/Operator. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings for mobile device stamping components using Siemens NX software.
- Analyze engineering specifications and convert them into high-precision manufacturing designs.
- Perform structural validation and error checking on CAD models to ensure design integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineers and tool makers, to optimize design for manufacturability.
- Manage design documentation, version control, and revision tracking for all stamping projects.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and production timelines for inner and outer mobile layers.
- Provide operational support to the manufacturing line regarding CAD-related technical queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CAD/CAM design, preferably in the mobile or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of metal stamping, tooling, and sheet metal design principles.
- Excellent spatial visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; previous experience in a Korean manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight production deadlines.
