Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical drawings for highway and civil infrastructure projects using AutoCAD.
- Assist senior engineers in the preparation of detailed layout plans, cross-sections, and design documentation.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere strictly to project standards, local regulations, and engineering codes of practice.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and improve drafting efficiency.
- Utilize engineering data and survey reports to accurately update project models and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of CAD drafting workflows.
- Maintain well-organized project files and documentation to ensure accuracy and version control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for highway infrastructure.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and drafting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under project deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design technologies.
