  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening/closing tills and daily sales reporting.
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols according to company and industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage staff shift schedules to optimize labor costs and service coverage.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new hires to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Deep understanding of cafe operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
  • Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays.
