Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate; College undergraduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior BPO or work experience required—training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (both comprehension and speaking).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong listening skills with a patient and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site in Shaw, Mandaluyong City.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
