Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and grace.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient order flow.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dining area.
- Train new team members on company service protocols and menu knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels of service supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach to service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
