Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and diagnostic repairs on a variety of car models.
- Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and conduct professional vehicle check-ins.
- Clearly communicate vehicle health status and repair options to customers, ensuring they understand the necessity of recommended services.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs to maintain transparency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service scheduling with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ensure all documentation for services and customer interactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Car Technician or Automotive Mechanic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Possess a relevant certificate or diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when performing mechanical tasks.
