Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated and detailâoriented Cashier to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this fullâtime role you will be the friendly face of our hospitality operation, handling transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Cashier you will process payments, manage the cash drawer, reconcile daily sales, and assist guests with inquiries. Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and address any billing questions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and vouchers while following company policies.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as receipt paper and change funds.
- Collaborate with frontâoffice staff to ensure seamless guest checkâin and checkâout.
- Adhere to security procedures to protect cash and prevent discrepancies.
- Assist with endâofâday reporting and daily sales reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a customerâservice role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS software and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, guestâfocused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
