We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier to join the team at Pratama Kurnia Kasih. Your primary duties will involve receiving payments for vehicle or product installments, workshop services, and other transactions. Depending on operational requirements, you may also assist in the sales of units or the collection of arisan contributions. Responsibilities
- Process and verify cash and non-cash payments for installments, workshop services, and unit sales.
- Manage customer accounts by recording transactions and providing payment receipts.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation to ensure all funds match the sales records.
- Assist in the collection of unit sales proceeds or arisan group contributions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a cashier or in a retail/service environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of cash with integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Willingness to be based in Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
