Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash inflows and outflows, including payments, receipts, and collections.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring all disbursements are properly authorized.
  • Accurately record daily financial transactions into the company's accounting system.
  • Prepare regular cash flow reports and financial summaries for management review.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing, payments, and inquiries.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cashier, administrative, or finance support role.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, Zahir, or MYOB) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Honest, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential financial information with integrity.
