Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives for Meat & Seafood
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal quality, cost, and delivery
- Set competitive pricing structures and promotional plans to drive sales and margin growth
- Design and implement merchandising strategies across physical and digital channels
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and category performance to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams for integrated execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of category management experience in retail or FMCG
- Proven track record in Meat & Seafood or perishable goods category management
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and data analytics tools
