Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
  • Manage hot kitchen stations, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and boiling.
  • Ensure all ingredients are handled, stored, and rotated properly to minimize waste (FIFO method).
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the workspace, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets for Resto Enam Ayam outlets.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any technical issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in the preparation of semi-finished goods and ensure timely delivery to the central dispatch area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent culinary certification.
  • Proven experience as a Cook, Kitchen Crew, or Commis in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and kitchen operations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the heat of a commercial hot kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes consistently.
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
