Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end certification programs for a diverse portfolio of products, ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks.
- Perform technical reviews and approve CCCS-regulated goods to facilitate smooth market access.
- Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and service level agreements.
- Act as a primary liaison for global stakeholders, providing clear guidance on certification requirements and process status.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain documentation integrity across all UL Solutions certification schemes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical non-conformities and expedite certification approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in product certification, regulatory affairs, or quality management within an international environment.
- Deep understanding of CCCS regulations and global market access compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical requirements clearly.
- Proficiency in data management software and quality reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for technical detail and regulatory nuances.
