Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Chinese Language lessons based on established curriculum plans.
- Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding learning milestones and areas for improvement.
- Participate in periodic curriculum reviews and professional development training sessions.
- Organize and facilitate interactive activities that enhance students' interest in the Chinese language and culture.
- Communicate professionally with parents to build strong home-school partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in a preschool, primary, or secondary school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively conduct lessons.
- Passionate about early childhood or adolescent education with a high level of patience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage students of different age groups.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student learning needs.
- Committed, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
