Responsibilities
- Develop detailed structural designs, site plans, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure construction work complies with building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Analyze project feasibility through soil tests, topographical surveys, and environmental impact assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, cost estimates, and budget tracking for management review.
- Oversee construction activities and address technical issues as they arise on-site to minimize delays.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the durability and stability of infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in construction, project management, or site supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and lead small teams effectively.
