Responsibilities
- Design and review detailed civil engineering plans and structural layouts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and safety regulations (NSCP).
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and government officials.
- Identify potential risks or structural issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction or project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and government permitting processes in the Philippines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for site visits.
