Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects using industry-standard software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents in compliance with Indonesian building codes and international standards
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical supervision during construction phases to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver integrated engineering solutions
- Review and verify structural designs, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers and external consultants
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements, progress updates, and technical recommendations
- Contribute to innovation and improvement initiatives within the engineering department, including adopting new technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university; Master's degree is preferred for senior positions
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Civil Engineer role and 5+ years for Senior Civil Engineer position
- Professional engineer registration or eligibility for PPU (Profesi Persetujuan Umum) is advantageous
- Proficiency in structural analysis software including ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI), earthquake resistance standards, and structural engineering principles
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English for technical documentation and stakeholder interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to engineering safety and sustainability
