Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for civil and structural works.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess and ensure structural integrity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify potential site challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Review engineering designs and blueprints to ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Monitor site progress against project timelines and provide status updates to management.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all civil works meet rigorous specifications.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for ongoing project audits and structural assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil planning, structural design, or site engineering.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project sites effectively.
