Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute civil construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-delivery
- Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance monitoring
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction or project management
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
