Elitez Group is a renowned specialist in retail interior design (Retail ID) and fit-out construction, serving leading brands across Malaysia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive / Manager (Retail ID & Fit-Out) to join our expanding team in Balakong, Selangor.
In this critical client-facing role, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple retail fit-out projects. From initial client brief and concept development to construction oversight and final handover, you ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will be key in managing client expectations and coordinating with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in client servicing within the retail design or fit-out industry. Ideally, you possess a strong understanding of retail construction, materials, and regulations. You are comfortable leading project meetings, preparing proposals, and presenting to stakeholders. A passion for design and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee retail interior design (Retail ID) and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide project cost management, budget control, and procurement assistance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through excellent client service and networking.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or project management in retail fit-out/interior design.
- Strong knowledge of retail design, fit-out processes, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
