We are specifically seeking experts in OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) and advanced virtualization technologies to help us architect, manage, and scale our hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters on-premise and in the cloud.
- Manage end-to-end virtualization infrastructure, ensuring seamless resource allocation and high-performance throughput.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with container orchestration workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cluster performance, security, and storage utilization.
- Implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and enterprise-grade hardening standards for containerized environments.
- Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to junior team members regarding cloud-native best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, KVM, or RHV).
- Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (RHEL preferred) and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud networking.
- Relevant certifications such as RHCA, RHCE, or CKAD are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
