AnCasa Hotels & Resorts, a prestigious hospitality division under UDA Holdings Berhad, is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Cluster Director of Sales (Corporate) to drive revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of properties. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a high-performing professional with a deep understanding of the corporate hospitality market in Malaysia. As the Cluster Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, managing key corporate accounts, and leading a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cluster sales strategy to maximize corporate revenue across all assigned properties.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and monthly performance targets.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments while maintaining and growing existing key corporate accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate closely with Hotel General Managers and Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
- Oversee the negotiation and finalization of high-value corporate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a cluster or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million ringgit sales targets in the corporate segment.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the Malaysian corporate market and travel management companies (TMCs).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and high-level communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and hospitality management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
