Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience that reflects the Coach brand values.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team store targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and CRM management.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment remains pristine and inviting.
- Handle inventory management, restocking, and accurate point-of-sale transactions.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding materials, design inspiration, and collection themes.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that thrives on excellence and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
