Erajaya is a leading company in Indonesia’s mining, natural resources, and energy sector. We are currently looking for a detail‑oriented Compensation & Benefits (Comben) Analyst – Assistant Manager to join our Human Resources team in Jakarta Raya.
In this role you will develop, maintain, and continuously improve fair, consistent, and attractive salary frameworks across all levels and regional offices. You will design innovative allowance programs, conduct market benchmarking, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership to support business growth and talent retention.
Key responsibilities include analyzing compensation trends, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, partnering with finance and business units on budget planning, and implementing HRIS‑related compensation modules. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations for executive review.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefit programs aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and manage innovative allowance schemes (housing, transport, meal, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze compensation data and produce regular reports for leadership decision‑making.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, finance, and line managers to align rewards with performance.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS modules related to compensation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of compensation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compensation & benefits or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and compensation best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS (SAP, Oracle, or others) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
