PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious HSE Officer specialized in Confined Space management to join our team in Jawa Tengah. Your primary goal will be to oversee, monitor, and regulate confined space activities, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed to prevent incidents and ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-specific safety procedures for confined space entry and exit.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identification before any confined space operations.
- Monitor air quality and environmental conditions within confined spaces to ensure worker safety.
- Issue and monitor confined space entry permits and check-lists.
- Provide safety briefings and training to employees regarding confined space hazards and emergency response protocols.
- Perform regular inspections of safety equipment, including gas detectors, respirators, and ventilation systems.
- Lead emergency response exercises and ensure that rescue plans are fully operational.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HSE, specifically in industrial, manufacturing, or mining sectors.
- Certified in Confined Space Work (K3 Ruang Terbatas).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills to enforce safety policies among field staff.
- Ability to work full-time and commit to the standard 3-month probation period.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
