Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
  • Support the receiving and storage of deliveries, performing basic stock rotation and inventory checks.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP) to guarantee a safe kitchen environment.
  • Help with plating and garnishing dishes to meet presentation standards before service.
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and training sessions to improve culinary techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; culinary certificate or diploma is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety practices.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
