Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in the preparation of high-quality dishes according to established restaurant standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation (mise-en-place) throughout service.
  • Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared according to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the timely replenishment of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Perform basic preparation duties, including chopping vegetables, preparing stocks, and assisting with plating requirements.
  • Participate in daily kitchen briefings and contribute to maintaining a positive, efficient team culture.

Qualifications
