Responsibilities
- Oversee daily commissary operations including food preparation, packaging, and distribution
- Implement and enforce HACCP protocols and food safety standards

- Develop standardized recipes, menus, and production procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in commissary or central kitchen management
