We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who can build and nurture relationships with corporate partners and donors, translate strategic goals into engaging programs, and collaborate with marketing, program, and finance teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic corporate partnerships to support fundraising goals and community initiatives.
- Design and implement branding and communications plans that reinforce a cohesive organisational identity.
- Lead donor engagement programs, sponsorships, grants, and corporate volunteering initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, program, and finance teams to align campaigns with donor expectations and organizational objectives.
- Manage the full cycle of sponsorship proposals, pitches, and contract execution.
- Monitor, measure, and report on fundraising performance, donor pipeline, and ROI; present insights to leadership.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns that raise awareness and generate funding.
- Support grant writing and proposal development for larger partnerships.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in fundraising, partnerships, or corporate sponsorship experience; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management or a related field.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships or corporate donations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of branding, corporate communications, and brand governance.
- Strong networking, presentation, and event management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
