Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including grooming, hygiene, and mobility support.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors to enhance their well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as required by the care plan.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments or social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided during each shift.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients under your care.
Qualifications
- Open to all candidates; no prior healthcare experience is required as training is provided.
- Possess a genuine passion for helping seniors and those in need.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with empathy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit to perform basic caregiving duties.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Singapore.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
- Valid certification in First Aid or relevant healthcare training is a plus, but not mandatory.
