Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures across all property operations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and site inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure all permits and licenses remain valid and updated.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, providing proactive recommendations to management to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead safety training programs for staff to ensure awareness of protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for all compliance-related activities.
- Identify and assess potential areas of risk and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or quality assurance role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements, including labor laws, environmental safety, and tourism standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable operational guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage documentation, file reports, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
