Dimension All Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Concrete Estimator to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10–20 years of proven expertise in construction estimating, particularly in concrete works.
As a Concrete Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our project planning and cost management processes. You will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for concrete construction projects. Your deep understanding of concrete materials, labor costs, and industry best practices will be instrumental in delivering accurate and competitive bids.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects by analyzing blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and identify potential challenges
- Research and analyze material costs, labor rates, equipment expenses, and overhead charges for accurate bidding
- Develop and maintain cost databases, estimating tools, and historical cost information
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize project costs and timelines
- Review subcontractor proposals and conduct thorough cost comparisons
- Monitor market trends and fluctuations in concrete material pricing
- Prepare bid proposals, change orders, and cost reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–20 years of proven experience in construction estimating with strong focus on concrete works
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with various construction project types including commercial, residential, and infrastructure
- Professional certification (e.g., CEP, CCM) is advantageous
