Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction operations on site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, to achieve project goals and maintain productivity.
- Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets required standards and codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site logs, and other relevant documentation.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment utilization efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, preferably within commercial or residential building projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOLE standards).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail and quality.
