As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing high-quality content that captures the essence of our brand and drives meaningful engagement across all digital channels.

You will stay ahead of social media trends, leverage analytics to optimize performance, and create compelling narratives that convert casual scrollers into loyal customers. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a creative content calendar aligned with brand marketing goals and sales objectives.
- Produce high-quality photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) from concept to final edit.
- Analyze audience behavior and social media metrics to refine content strategies for maximum reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm campaign ideas that resonate with the F&B market in Indonesia.
- Manage end-to-end production including scriptwriting, filming, and post-production editing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role (F&B industry experience is a significant plus).
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A deep understanding of platform-specific best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and content creation capabilities.
