As our Content Creator, you will be the visual voice of our brand, capturing the essence of Indonesian culinary heritage and bringing it to life for our digital audience.
We are seeking an individual who stays ahead of social media trends, understands visual aesthetics, and knows how to drive engagement. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality content that showcases our dishes and brand identity. Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit engaging video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content calendars that align with brand campaigns.
- Capture high-quality images and footage of menu items, kitchen processes, and restaurant atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with current food and social media trends to maintain high relevance and engagement.
- Manage community interactions on social platforms by responding to comments and inquiries in a brand-aligned voice.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve reach and conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to highlight special promotions, events, and seasonal menu launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit professional-grade video and photo content using smartphones or professional cameras.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growth.
- Creative mindset with an excellent eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Indonesian cuisine and restaurant culture.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
