Responsibilities
- Develop original content concepts from brief to final publish, including copywriting, scripting, filming, and editing.
- Produce engaging video and multimedia assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platformâs audience and best practices.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all scheduled posts.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, and new tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, graphics, and copy for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and their content specifications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize content for discoverability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
