Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics tailored to dental audiences.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with clinic promotions, oral health awareness campaigns, and seasonal themes.
- Assist dental professionals with patient preparation, sterilization procedures, and chair-side support after completing required training.
- Capture clinical photography and video footage, ensuring compliance with patient privacy and consent guidelines.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, adhering to TAG Dental Clinicâs tone, style, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design email newsletters, patient education materials, and offline promotional assets.
- Stay updated on dental industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats to keep the clinic ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management (portfolio required).
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures; willingness to undergo onâtheâjob training as a dental assistant.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or comparable design/video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization for Google and social platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patientâcentric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a teamâoriented clinical environment.
- Certification in dental assisting (or commitment to obtain) is a plus.
