Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using cash register and POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area.
- Reconcile cash drawer at shift end and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of condiments and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and promotional discounts per company policy.
- Train and mentor new cashier staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service role preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Resident of Pasay City or nearby areas is a plus.
