Your expertise with Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens PLC platforms will be essential as you develop control logic, create HMI/SCADA interfaces, and perform system testing and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC-based control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Program and configure Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens PLCs.
- Create HMI/SCADA screens and integrate them with control logic.
- Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize control systems during commissioning.
- Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, functional specs, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Schneider, Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial control principles, sensors, actuators, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
