Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in hot kitchen and grill stations
- Adhere strictly to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage inventory of ingredients and report supply needs
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak service hours
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hot kitchen/grill operations
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Basic food safety certification (HACCP/Sertifikat Keamanan Pangan)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina for extended standing and heat exposure
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
