Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content and branding strategies for The Roast Lab and Kexpresso across digital platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging short-form video content, including concept development, shooting, and advanced editing, optimized for social media.
- Design compelling graphic assets, illustrations, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and capture audience attention.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, overseeing daily posts, stories, Reels, and community engagement to foster a loyal following.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and content creation tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align content initiatives with overall business objectives and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience (3+ years) in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and social media management, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, short-form video content, and graphic design work.
- Expert proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including their algorithms, trends, and best practices for audience engagement and growth.
- Exceptional creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to produce innovative and brand-relevant content consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative vision and collaborating effectively with a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
