Responsibilities

- Train, mentor, and lead a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Collaborate with frontâofâhouse management to create seamless guest experiences.
- Stay updated on global culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive chef role.
- Proven expertise in Asian cuisine and fusion cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and peopleâmanagement skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to create detailed recipes, cost sheets, and menu pricing strategies.
