Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, including product packaging, marketing collateral, and digital presence.
- Lead the creative direction for new product launches, ensuring cohesive and compelling design narratives.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Oversee the design of packaging and accessories, ensuring they reflect the brand's premium positioning.
- Stay ahead of design trends in the gadget accessories industry to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform creative strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in consumer goods or accessories.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and successful brand-building projects.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and understanding of prototyping tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences in gadget accessories.
- Experience with packaging and manufacturing processes for physical products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
