Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, produce, and edit high-quality video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal announcements.
- Manage all phases of production: pre-production planning, scripting, storyboarding, talent coordination, location scouting, filming, and post-production editing.
- Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing workstations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative concepts with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Maintain a content library and ensure all media assets are organised, archived, and easily accessible.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate production techniques and formats.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and external vendors when needed to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of proven experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video styles (corporate, documentary, social, event) and advanced editing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and narrative structuring abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable directing talent and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
