Join Private Advertiser as a Creator Operations & Data Project Intern supporting TikTok Shop initiatives in Jakarta Raya. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, execute, and analyze short‑term projects that enhance creator performance, optimize shop listings, and drive measurable business impact.
Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to TikTok Shop’s ecosystem, learn how to leverage analytics tools to track key performance indicators, and contribute to actionable reports that inform strategy. Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating creator partnerships and campaign executions for TikTok Shop.
- Collect, clean, and analyze performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs and insights.
- Help optimize product listings and shop pages based on data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creator initiatives with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creator engagement strategies.
- Maintain documentation of project workflows, timelines, and outcomes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Interest in social media platforms, especially TikTok, and the creator economy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn about e‑commerce operations and data‑driven decision making.
