Responsibilities
- Develop and execute motor financing marketing strategies for partner dealerships in the Cempaka Mas area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and sales partners
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Process credit applications and ensure compliance with company policies
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Provide product training and support to dealership partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance/Business preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or credit experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid SIM (driving license) is mandatory
- Willingness to work in the field and visit partner locations
- Knowledge of Jakarta's northern region is advantageous
